SEA Groups Ltd provides solar pool heating system that can heat both residential and commercial pools for four seasons. This unpressurized solar heating system can not be directly tied into the existing pool equipment and the system has to maintain no pressure buildup, which usually require the system return pipe to be place above water. Because there is pool water running inside the collector's vacuum tubes, the system will not function when on tube is broken till it is replaced. Also, for better performance, it is suggested that tube cleaning to be performed after couple years operation, if maintain properly, this system still have long life time heating the pool water for more than 20 years.
The unpressurized solar pool heating system is more suitable for above ground pool, or pools built up for seasonable applications.
Solar pool heating system will be vary depending on the size of the pool, the location, the pool structure: in ground or above ground, etc. matters. For a regular residential pool, eg 15 x 25 foot, the solar heating system usually use 6 collectors in sunny States, for pools located in northern States, the system need add few collectors to extend pool swimming seasons. It is recommended to cover the pool if there is need to swim in Winter.
This BASIC solar pool heating system includes:
